THE HEART OF THE MEN’S PROGRAM
Gateway Dream Center Men provides a four-month residential intensive recovery program focused on experiencing freedom from addiction and alcoholism through a Christ centered program with practical application.
Alcohol and drug addiction can take hold of a man’s life, damaging his life, relationships, family, and future. Through Christ-centered discipleship, classes, coping and life skills, and a deeply supportive and safe environment, men are given the opportunity to heal, confront destructive patterns, and learn a new way of living through the power of Jesus Christ and the process of change.
Gateway Dream Center provides the environment, structure, support, tools, and opportunity.
Each man must bring the willingness, honesty, responsibility, and commitment to participate fully in his recovery.
WHO IS THE MEN’S PROGRAM FOR?
The program is for men whose lives and loved ones are being harmed by alcohol or drug addiction and who are ready to commit to a structured, intensive recovery environment.
There is no required recovery path before applying. A man may be seeking help for the first time, returning after a relapse, or recognizing that his current level of support is not enough.
What matters is his willingness to step away from destructive influences, accept accountability, and fully engage in four months of recovery, healing, and personal growth.
Although intensive in its structure and recovery focus, Gateway Dream Center is not a detoxification facility, medical facility, psychiatric facility, or licensed clinical treatment provider. It is not an emergency shelter or homeless shelter. Admission is based on the applicant’s recovery needs, readiness to participate, and whether GDC can appropriately support him.
